Our handcrafted bracelets from are made to order just for YOU, tailored to your wrist size using durable stretch cord. To determine your size, measure directly below your wrist with fabric tape (or use a piece of string and measure with a ruler) and add an additional 1/2”. Our sizing options are as follows: SM 7”, Medium 7 1/2”, Large 7 3/4”, and XL 8”. Please select your size when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. Note that there will be a fee for returns or resizing if needed.

To maintain the beauty and integrity of your handcrafted crystal bracelet from please adhere to these care guidelines:

General Handling and Wear

Avoid exposing your bracelet to harsh chemicals, cleaning products, chlorine, saltwater, and extreme temperatures, as these can damage the crystals, beads, and elastic. Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, exercising, or engaging in strenuous activities, as moisture and sweat can weaken the stringing materials and dull the crystal's finish. Put your bracelet on last after applying makeup, lotions, perfumes, and hairspray, since chemicals can affect the materials. Also, avoid dropping your bracelet or striking it against hard surfaces, as crystals can chip or break.

Cleaning and Storage

To clean your bracelet gently wipe the crystals with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners. If necessary, you may use a slightly damp cloth with plain water, ensuring the bracelet is completely dry afterward. Store your bracelet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The original jewelry box is ideal for preventing scratching and tangling. Always store separately from other jewelry to prevent crystals or metal components from scratching each other.

Elastic Care

Do not overstretch your elastic bracelet. Roll it gently onto and off your wrist instead of pulling hard. While the elastic used is durable, normal wear and tear can weaken it over time. We recommend periodic restringing (typically every 1-2 years) to ensure the longevity of your #blessed by charles scott Jewelry piece, which is a service available for purchase.

Shipping

To keep things smooth and clear for our #blessed family here is how shipping works.... we only ship our handcrafted crystal jewelry free within the USA, while all other items (unless noted), including incur shipping fees. Currently, we are not shipping outside of the USA. If your order includes shipping outside of the USA, it will be canceled, and you will be refunded through your original payment method. No exceptions.

Shipping liability disclaimer

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier to the address provided. All orders are sent with USPS tracking, which serves as proof of delivery.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted and credited back in the form of the original tender. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and will receive their credit once the item is received back. Our suggested method for return would be USPS with tracking. Please note we do not do custom orders.
